The matched object of the type 'RateCode' (code 'CHM ID' - ID 'Protel ID' - Name '#no entity found for type >rate code< and id 'Protel ID' has one or more issues - The matched object is no longer existing - please correct or delete this matching.

The new higher performance IDS export will not be used for the rate codes listed above, the named issues are not supported functionality for the enhanced pAir IDS export model. Rate codes having this functionality will be calculated by a mechanism having a lower performance. Once their configuration issue is solved, we automatically switch back to the higher performance IDS export variant for those rate codes.

Oplossing Dit betreft een tarief van Protel, die niet (meer) herkend wordt door de IDS. Dit kan veroorzaakt worden door: -verkeerde ID ingevoerd -verlopen periode in tarief -verwijderd tarief

Oplossing: matching verwijderen in configuratie editor Ga naar Protel System Data in Flash > Support > Configuratie Editor > Root > Currentproperty> propdata> interfaces> protIDs > Matchings Zoek de foutieve code en verwijder deze uit de matchings. > Vervolgens 'Änderungen speichern' > Commit Controleer hierna de Channel Matching Pairs in IDS en verwijder, waar nodig.
